Terms of Service

Last updated: 3/4/2026

1. The Service

Resumori is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to create resumes online. Resume creation is available for free. Downloading resumes as PDF and accessing certain premium features requires a paid account.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. Free and Paid Plans

4. Payments & Digital Content

Payments are charged upfront. By purchasing a paid plan, you expressly agree that access to digital content begins immediately.

If you are an EU consumer, you acknowledge that by starting to use the Service immediately, you may waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer law.

5. Refunds

Except where required by law, all payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for expired or partially used plans.

6. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create on Resumori, including resumes. You grant Resumori a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

7. No Guarantees

Resumori does not guarantee employment, interviews, or job offers. The Service provides tools only. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your resume content.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Service, including engaging in illegal activity, scraping, reselling access, attempting to disrupt the Service, or uploading misleading or harmful content.

9. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resumori shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
